I saw a program called "Silverlight" made by the people who seem to want to dominate everything electronic(lol. It does seem to be true though). I read something about it and i was confused. If anyone can use normal, basic terms to describe it to me, i would greatly appreciate it.

i mean it has more features and stuff but thats it as far as i can see.
