Anyway, its a bad pokemon glitch like missingno etc. In this game you find it in your own pc box. If you get it out, chances are your game might freeze up. It has it in other pokemon games that were poorly made. I think pokemon psychic on vizzed has (or in this case "had") it. I do not reccomend glitchy games like pokemon psychic. But if you want to know how to get it and what not to do read this.

When you have to pick a starter pokemon and you dont and you find a pokemon, bad news. The pokemon you'll use will be missingno.. I meant to do that as previously said.

Something to do is put all the bad eggs in one box in the PC. I lost, in the early parts of the game, a Beedrill, Butterfree, and I think some other Pokémon, turning them into bad eggs. Something you don't want to do is put them in a box with shiny or legendary Pokémon.
