You can either try another browser Firefox and Chrome work best.

If that doesn't work you could either change your display settings to 16 bit as some users have an issue with this if their video card isn't up to date:

To fix this you'll set your monitor to 16 bit:

Windows 7 (Category View)

Windows Vista (Classic View)

Windows XP

One of those links will have the instruction for your operating system.

Or the alternative is trying to see if un-installing/re-installing works.
