I haven't been on Vizzed for a while now, I have something scary to post. I'll start at the root, for awhile my dad and our landlord had been argueing our landlord wants us to move. So we shall but in the mean time the landlord as been playing games. Turning off our power and such, He realized that doesn't bother us a ton. Between the arguing i heard him say "I'll call my friends" something a gang member would say huh? Well, i thought he was bluffing so i paid no mind,Tonight at about 11:30pm me and my dad are sitting down watching some t.v and some loud bangs come at the door. My dad yells "Who is it?" No one answers and i assume its the landlord here to yell at us again. So foolishly i open the door and 5 men burst through the door knocking me to the floor i get up a see one holding my dad in a nelson lock. the other was hitting him. So of course i get in and take one in a headlock and punch him in the head a few times to no avail because of course their drunk and when ur drunk you feel no pain. As soon as it starts it ends and they start retreating, running back upstairs to my landlord. i had a metal broom stick in my hand and the guy wasn't flinching and that scared me a little bit. Then they left and my dad calls the police. The police get here and they deny it all so the police take their license plate numbers and leave. Their back now and talking upstairs thought i would share this with you all.

Advice? Any of you have encouter of the same nature share ur story or your comment please.

That was a very shocking post. I am still dumbfounded as to what happened. So what is going on now? Is the landlord still messing with you and your dad? And what happened with those drunk guys? Do they still do this or was it a one time thing?

Yeah, dude I don't know the full story - or even why you posted while they were there... you could have dialed 911 - or if it were me I'd have a bat or weapon of some sort to take out at least 2-3 and take on the rest...

I hope nothing serious happened and you can update. :/

klemish : if you own a gun i would get it and shoot them, not to kill of course but you could incapacitate them.

klemish : Man I feel for you dealing with things on the street are not to bad but when you have to deal with them when you and the other person know where each other live is a whole different other.  First he is trying to punk you and even though he has used violence he is still trying to punk you to do what he wants.  I don't know what level of Real Life Violence you are used too but reading what you have said and how you put it you are not used to too much.  Second I say to you is to be very careful with what is going on around you now (and I mean REALLY pay attention to what is going on around you, without a cell phone in your hand or I pod blaring in you ears), because he came at you already and if he knows where you work you need to be extra careful when you are around that area as well.  Third you need to let friends/family know so that if something does happen one they are aware too and two if something does happen someone knows.  I born and raised in Los Angeles so you cant let him know that you are afraid even after what has happened...they will eat you alive.  But also understand that if had other people attack you with him, he is more than likely the kind of person that will talk smack to you when its just him and will want to fight you when there are more people with him, meaning be careful when there are others and if you have to take care of it (or confront him) when you know that you are both alone (he will react different and if not then you can fight him alone).  If he is getting brave when others are around him and you know that they are more than likely going to jump you (which is more likely to happen as I have explained) call him out to get down one on one, because you get a that his friend may make him fight you alone believe me I speak from experience (and its a very good 50 50 that you can get him to not want to fight or that his friend will force him to fight alone).  Lastly I say that if there are ever witnesses other than relatives that is the best time and call the police its the only way you, but stand up for yourself.  If you can move out and avoid ever thing that I have written for you do it, not from fear but for peace of your own life, me just like you don't need that in our lives. 

That's crazy! I'm glad that you are ok (all things considered) I can only imagine how scary that must've been.

I have to admit that the better thing to do was to call 911 right away but I understand how in the heat of the moment your first thought was to try to jump in and help your dad.

Things with private landlords can be crazy if you are behind on your rent. I suggest trying to get an order of protection against him since you said you witnessed him threatening you. I'm pretty sure you can persue that against him since it was a direct threat..and someone did come over.

Well, its over now i ended taking 2 on 1. I'm fine my dad is fine and we moved from their. We did call 911 they didn't really do anything. Their was a lot of tense situations for last couple of weeks we lived their. But everything is ok guys don't worry about me they were all a bunch of piss drunk cowards lol.

In a situation like that, if 911 does not respond properly then it sounds like you need to get out of that town/city altogether. You should definitely still file a report with the police. If you have any injuries, then you can use those as proof that you were attacked.

If you have a cell phone with a camera on it, record them coming to your house. You will have evidence and they can get arrested!
