After you win your 3rd badge you go to the safari zone and find the man that gives you strength,he is in a house you wont miss it.then you go to the place where a man needs your help moving boulders ,you know the city you entered to get the 3rd badge exit and head back to the desert and but go to where you did not explore and you will find a new town where the man needs help (I forgot the town soooorry ).
