Here is a list of some pretty uncreative pokemon
Tauros - its just a normal bull with 3 tails
Magneton - just 3 magnemites fused together
Dodrio - just dodou with an extra head
Ditto - just a pink blob with dots for eyes
Lickwit- Its a candle. With eyes. 'gasp'
Muk- just a big grimer
Arbok- just a normal cobra thats purple
electrode- voltorb with the colors switched
Dont get me wrong most of these are very good pokemon, its just that i think their designs  could have been a little better.Hopefully i wont get any hate for posting this. Im just putting my thoughts out there. I would also like to say that one of the reasons gen 3 was my favorite, was because of the creativity in how the pokemon looked. post some other pokemon below that you think were pretty uncreative.

Well by uncreative do you mean that they look like a normal animal or a household object? To answer your question I would say that all bug type Pokémon are uncreative just because they all look like a regular bug that I could find in my backyard, just a little bit smaller of course.

I think pokemon that look edible like Vanillite and Cherubi
don't look creative . They are copies of real life foods that we 
eat . I cant believe they ( Pokemon designers ) were reduced to making some pokemon 
look like food. Very bad idea in my opinion .Vinillite is an ice cream and cherubi
is an 2 headed cherry thing .

Seoul and Krabby are the most uncreative Pokémon for sure. I mean just look at it , a crab and a seal.
