What do you think the makes the perfect body.
If you want you can even describe types of exercises used to get this perfect body.

I don't really believe that there is such a thing as 'the perfect body', or the perfect anything, for that matter. Perfection lies in the eye of the beholder, especially when it comes to physical appearance. Every person has their personal preference, certain things that either attract them or repulse them. For you, what constitutes perfection might be vastly different from what constitutes perfect to me. Therefore, it would be impossible to isolate any one form of perfection from the others as being 'the most perfect'. To do so would be complete folly, in my honest opinion.

Well, perfection really just is kicking up your game in weight and cardiovascular training to the best of your ability for at least one year. Then keep it up from then on.

A perfect body could be simply a healthy body . Well that's my opinion ,
just a little bit . I wouldn't say an perfect body is one that is all muscle . But
it is good to have them but not when it's from steroids that made your
body like that. Basically you should keep your weight balanced and eat healthy
and keep your body in shape . That's the perfect body .

It all depends on the person, but I think a perfect body is just someone who is healthy, They don't have to be muscular like the hulk or skinny like a super model.

Also I do consider a perfect body as an healthy body, but a slightly good shape isn't bad either
Having muscles like a bodybuilder looks so disgusting (it is only my opinion).
But having at least some visible muscles should do it.
I can't say my body is the perfect body since I have Pectus Carinatum which brings a weird shape to my body(if you don't know what it is, then you should watch or look it up on wikipedia)
But i don't care, I prefer a healthy body at least.
And im a bit underweight, but im not sure. I'm 1,71 and my weigth is 54 kilograms.

Perfect body for who?  A girl or a guy?

A man's perfect body would be all utility.  He can run, can lift things, is in shape with shoulders, strong arms, and a narrow waist.  He can carry, throw, and have good coordination.  Ideally, this guy could survive a zombie outbreak with either farming or hunting skills, or at least the physical ability to do either.

A woman is all beauty to me.  A guy is the jeep and a woman is a fancy car.  Their bodies should be slimmer but with curves and circles thrown in.

I'd go deeper but I don't want to get out of hand.

Exercises?  Running, push-ups, pull-ups, and athletics.  Also: Don't eat a bunch of garbage all the time.  Eat clean, train hard.

Personally, I believe that the perfect body is based on what class but all have similarities.  For someone my size.  It would be roughly around 140lbs, lean muscularity, healthy conditionings.   About 8% of the body should be fat.  Cardio and muscle training are the ideal training methods for these results.

I don't typically use the word "perfect" when referring to anything. Same goes for body type. But if I had to choose a specific body type, it would differ between a man and a woman.

I like to see a woman who isn't all skin and bones. I understand there are some women who can't help being skinny, but I don't like to see women intentionally make themselves skeletons.

As for men, too much muscle is a turn off. If his pecs are bigger than my breasts then there's something wrong. A nice middle ground in the muscle area is nice.

Everybody has their own "perfect" body. You have to be healthy as well or it doesn't really count. I'd say in order to have a "perfect" body, you have to train in accordance with your own personal body shape. I've seen a lot of guys with a couple abs or a little muscle here and there who claim to be in shape but really it's just aesthetic and not even all that developed at all. Or it's out of proportion. The best results in the gym combine a total body effect, unless you are training for some specific sport. Can't speak for women...'cos I find all kinds of girls attractive. I think fit girls are beautiful and I also like full-figured women. I personally think we should all be happy with our body at various stages of development, because having a body is a gift and it should never be unappreciated.

The "perfect" body in my opinion would be one with muscles that would be able to handle the everyday life of one with at least some exercise every week. By everyday life I mean that you'll be able to do those everyday heavy lifts, stair climbing etc.
One of the best training activities in my opinion would be cross fit where you train the whole body with big variety and intensity.

dead skinny, even if you have to starve yourself.
No, not really.
Skinny where you obsess over what you eat looks bad, equaly i dont aprove of eating too much, circular is as unhealthy.
Whatever shape your body takes with rational, balanced eating is fine, just dont tip toward one side.

I honestly don't think there is such a thing as a perfect body. I mean, everyone has different body types, even on the inside. By that I mean, our bone structures are all different. So therefore we all have different ideal body types. So it ranges differently for everyone. Some people could weight one size and it wouldn't be good for someone else. So my idea of "the perfect body" would be just someone who is really healthy and takes care of themselves. I think that is as perfect as it'll get for anyone.

A perfect body for a guy is to have pecks and a good amount of muscle but not to much for that you won't be squishing the girl if you hug her. A perfect body for a girl is to have both goods.
The excersice for men is to hit the gym at least one week
The exercise for the girls is to eat collard greens.

I tend to look at how the person acts rather than their looks. You can be the most gorgeous human being on the outside but if your personality stinks, well then more likely than not, not too many people will like you. I really don't understand why society recognizes looks more than who the person is on the inside.

I don't think having a perfect body centers around weight, but around being fit.  Sure, nobody should be obese as that's dangerous to your health. However, I think society puts too much emphasis on being 'skinny'. I think it's far more important to be able to do tasks that require a bit of strength. I'm not sure how one would measure 'fit-ness' though.

I think it all depends on who you ask. Myself, I only have one person to impress, and I train accordingly. lol!

If you're satisfied with your body (and you're not dangerously skinny or something), then that is your perfect body.
