Do you think after so long that the Mega Man classic series should finally close? I want you to vote on whether you think there should finally be a game that closes the Mega Man classic series. I want to know your opinion on it.

I want to know... After 25 years of happy gaming with the classic games, do you guys think that the series should finally have its closing game? Do you think that they should finally make the game in which Mega Man dies? Do you think they should make the best finale to the series ever? My opinion on this is that, yeah, I do think they should finally close the series. I think it's time. Mega Man classic is near and dear to my heart, but I think Capcom should make just one more game. The grand finale. I think it would be just awesome. I totally agree that it should happen. What do you guys think?

After so many years of sequels and reboots, I think its time to hang up the original series. I personally think its time to reboot the X series, but we all know LolCapCom.

I am pretty sure everyone can agree that Capcom jumped the proverbial shark with the Mega Man series when they decided Sheep Man was a good idea for a Robot Master. I mean come on... they really couldn't think of something a little more believable? I can come up with ten better ideas right now if I wanted. It is definitely time for them to draw the Mega Man franchise to a close, as much as it pains me to say so.

i 100% agree james. i really want some definite closure on what happened to all the characters. did zero kill them or did bass or did they die of old age? so many unanswered questions id like to see answered.

I think that Mega Man 10 was intended to be that closing game because Keiji Inafune quit his job as a Mega Man developer but I do think that the classic series, if Mega Man 10 wasn't intended to be the last, should come to an end with one last game to turn the series of 9 and 10 into a trilogy. The classic was fun and a little annoying due to tricky jumps and annoyingly positioned enemies and lasers, but it has definitely reached its time (if that makes sense).
