I have a men's league softball double-header game against the #2 team in the league.  The team we're playing is second in the league.  We're number 1.  We have to win 1 of 2 games to win the championship.

When is the last time you played for a championship anything?  I'd like to know.

In my youth, I won several State Junior Bowling championships. One in singles bowling, one in mixed doubles, and three straight five person  team bowling titles. My cousin and I and three of our friends dominated the youth bowling scene where we lived and even got an invite to Nationals in '97. Sadly, we weren't able to go because three of us had school-related obligations. Oh, what might have been. :/

I played for a little league championship when i was ten. We placed second and got a a decent sized trophy, nothing compared to the first place trophy, but it was fun and i enjoyed myself.

Yeah once years ago i was in a baseball team and we had to face #1 team on my city championship. We played 6 innings and we went extra innings, we won it by 2 runs but we lost on the way for estate champ. I scored 2-4 with 1 RBI.

The only Championship titles I have, and probably will ever have, is Youth Bowling Trophies. I have always won a trophy for Youth for the past 3 years. 1st year I got 2nd, 2nd year I got 1st, and Most Improved Player, and 3rd year I got 3rd, and highest handicap series.

Looking forward to what I might win this year.

No i haven't but i almost did, me and my basketball team had to win i think one more game and we would be going to the city league championship for mississippi. I think we would have won that last game if coach would have put me in. He took me out becuase i had to much fouls.

Soccer when I was 11 or 12. We were the silver team and we came in as the 3rd seed. We knocked off the 6th seed in penalty shots. I got the game clincher (although our goalie still had to make the save). We then faced the 2nd seed who we also went to penalty shots against. I was picked to shoot again, and I fooled the goalie, but my shot hit the crossbar, bounced directly down, and then up into the net. The stupid ref was calling the whole game against our team every chance he got, so he said it never went in (even though I know it went in). Anyways, our goalie was playing well and he made a couple key saves and we won again. So we were on to the finals where we faced the 4th seed. I had a great game and was controlling the play in the other team's half for most of the game. My coach decided to take me off and minutes later we scored the only goal of the game.

My coach said I was the most improved player on the team, but I didn't get a trophy for that. I still got a championship trophy to take home though.

Yup.  We would always win a soccer tournament every year.  This soccer tournament we always win just happens to be coming up this weekend, and we accidentally got bumped to an age group that is two years older than us...  So we may get pulped.  I hope we don't though.  I would really like to win, and beat girls that are a few years older than us.  That would make my soccer season the best.    Maybe you could wish me luck?  Wish me luck so I don't break my leg, or something bad like that doesn't happen...  I should probably look at the bright sides of it.  It's gonna be like high school soccer!

My hockey teams over the years have one multiple tournaments. Last year, my baseball team won the championship for the best team in our league. We actually had to play the semi final game over two days, since by the time we were going into a new inning that we needed, it was past where we are supposed to be playing to, so we had to come the next day to play one inning.

Yes I have. I play football as a Defensive Tackle and we won the sectionals and regional and I was named defensive player of the sectionals game with 10 tackles and 3 sacks mostly because there QB wasn't very mobile and there center and guards weren't really that talented.
