Has anyone here even heard of this anime?

RAWER CHUGGACHUGGA CHOOO CHOOO.

It's freaking amazing. For you Eva fans out there it's a "freaking must see", because being a fan of both, Rah cleary topples Eva.

It's an incredible anime. In the end, it is almost merely a love story, but the music in it is incredible, it's a physcological thriller (you'd probably have to watch it completely more than once to fully get it), has great action, many unexpected things (again, big thriller and "thinker"), and has a deep love story too it.

GO BUY IT !!!

You do realise its a Evangelion rip off with a different plot of sorts and its based around music...

I didn't like it that much and the music could be improved.
