I don't know... i want to say Kakashi but i think Byakuya might win. His shikai wouldn't be a threat to the perfect sharingan but his bankai would...i don't think even mangekyo would be able to help Kakashi much. Kakashi's only hope would be either to use a sneak Raikiri(lighting blade) or use the dimensional blast out of his mangekyo. The only chance Kakashi would have to avoid getting killed very quickly against the bankai is to switch from Perfect to Mangekyo nearly as soon as the bankai activates. This would make for a really interesting fight.

Yes it would be very interesting. But Kakashi does have quite a few tricks up his sleeves. And I'm not sure if he could copy his moves with the shringan so. It's hard to determine. Also fight I would like to see.

Still i come to the decision that Kakashi would be the winner. Because Kakashi is very fast he has a keen sense of smell. He has great taijutsu skills. And also a superior intellect.

well think about it, each blade of senbonzakura has 1000 petals.
when he does bankai, he makes THOUSANDS of blades.
not to mention analationscape, where it slows him down, just enough to let senbonzakura kill him.

im going to say no, because its not a technique so much as a partnering, a blending if you will, of a zanpakutou's and a shinigami's skills.

so i must ask, can Kakashi copy abilities possessed by a living blade??
its entirely different then copying a persons ability.
he would need his own zanpakutou i would think to be able to use a bankai, or even a shikai.
