Finally simple game perfect for me to review.This game Bubble bobble Old and new for the Gameboy Advance.After seeing the lack of detail in my last review the reason for that is something I'll explain later if IT happens again.Bubble bobble is a Action Platformer.The story is for Bub and Bob's girlfriends have been kidnapped and a curse has been put on Bub and Bob that turned them into bubble dragons,So they have to go though 100 levels to get their girlfriends.The game's simple and yet addicting gameplay has led to a confusing line of sequels and spin offs such as Rainbow island ,Bubble Bobble Part 2,Symphony,Memories,Bust-a-move,double shot,Evolution,and the infamous Revolution.Revolution is similar to this game since it also includes a new Bubble Bobble and the Classic version.The reason revolution is infamous is for a major bug that only allows you to play 30 levels since there is no boss at level 30.What a rip off.Now let's talk about the real game we'll be reviewing.



Graphics:When you start the game up you are greeted with this nice intro that show off what the game boy advance can do,but for some reason this design Bub and Bob remind of a another dragon.The graphics are great with lots color and detail put into it.They look very classic in the old version and look Awesome in the new version.The best thing about is that unlike the Gameboy and Gamegear version where the screen is shrunk to fit the screen size,here you have a pretty good viewing space to know where you're going in the level.{9}



Sound:It's an overall 10.Just listen to the music.In the classic it sounds near the arcade version and in the new version it sounds up beat and catchy.{10}



Addictiveness:I stated this in the beginning already.It has simple yet addicting gameplay that for some reason never gets repetitive.{10}



Story:It feels somewhat similar to Mario since you're trying to rescue the girl,but the Bubble dragon thing really make the whole story line confusing since now you Rainbow islands then Bubble Bobble Part 2,2 and it goes on and on.{6}



Depth:The game comes with the original arcade classic Bubble Bobble and a new updated version which the game recommends if you're New to the series.Get it?This game saves your scores.The game also includes single pak and Muti-pak mutiplayer.I don't really know what the difference between the two is,so yeah.



Difficulty:I'm going to give this a 5 since it really depends how well you play the game and the difficulty rise up at the right time.I find the controls to be simple.A is to jump and B is shot bubbles.{5}



Overall:I really enjoyed this game and it's worthy of any Bubble Bobble fan.I was going to get revolution for just the classic mode,but after playing this game.It's on my radar.After my Race drivin review I decided that I'm not going to rush my reviews,but with this new technique I can save my reviews and make longer ones.This game get's a 9.5 out of 10.

The game is a nice game to play after you played the original Bubble Bobbles. I enjoyed this game, and I bet the common gamer would too.

Also, your layout is screwed up, might want to get a better layout.

I enjoyed playing this at the MAME Arcade emulator... and at the NES. It's a good and awesome game, quite hard... But not impossible.
