I'll update rare cards as I find them.

1. After you beat your rival the 1st time you get promo jigglypuff I believe it was, he shows up around your 2nd-3rd badge.

2. After you beat your rival the 2nd time you get a super energy retrieval card, he shows up the 2nd time after your 5th badge.

3. After beating Murray, the psychic gym leader, you can talk to the guy by the card table in the psychic gym's poke center area to receive a promo mewtwo.

4. Girl at water gym resting area will trade you her promo Arcanine for your Lapras.

5. Lvl 9 promo slowpoke behind frame left of bookcases at the top in the fire gym. I had to trade my energy cards for this secret in this room but might be there with out giving away your cards.

6. Ishihara after a few medals will want to trade his sufing pikachu for your Clefable.
