2005 was back when Disney channel was worth watching,back when there was an equal amount of cartoons and sitcoms.(All we have today is a bunch of sitcoms and only 3 cartoons)But out of all cartoons from the Disney channel library,There was 1 show that I loved a lot.That show is American dragon Jake long,the story of an 11-year old Asian kid named Jake long (the show takes place in new York) who has the ability to turn into a fire breathing dragon.So when I found a Jake long game on vizzed, I just had to play it.This is American dragon Jake long rise of the huntsclan for the game boy advance.
Story-7/10
The story of rise of the huntsclan seems to be that the hunstman is reviving all of the dead,I think that's the story,I mean it is not revealed unitil your halfway done with the game.But I guess for a liencensed game,It's acceptable.
Gameplay-9/10
Rise of the huntslan is a beat'em up game,and a very very very addicting 1 at that.The controls are simple enough,the control pad is used to move,the A button is used to jump,the B button is used to punch,the L button is used to dragon up,and hold the R button to use your skateboard.Ok let's jump into the game.As jake, you will be fighting trolls,mice thingies,bird ladies,etc.You will be collecting blue focus points to fill up the meter under your health bar,once it's full, you can dragon up.As a dragon,you can tail swipe,breath fire,etc.Well that's all I can say about the gameplay for now.
Graphics-7/10
For a gba game,this does not look bad.Jake's sprite looks nice,the trolls look nice,everything.Even american dragon looks nice.And this game was released at the time season 2 was airing,but high 5 to disney for using the season 1 animation.
Sound-5/10
As much as I was praising the game,the sound is ok.It's not bad,but I would totally pick SMG's Music.But I love the sound effects! The punch sound,the focus point sound,everything!,but the BGM needs work.
Difficulty-7/10
The game starts out pretty easy in the first two worlds,but if there is complaint I can not get over,It's the bosses.The bosses are pretty easy,BUT THERE IS NO HEALTH METER!!,Meaning you're hitting him or her until they die.The first huntsgirl fight was easy,but the 2nd one made me throw an huge avgn.The spider guy boss was a bit on the hard side,but not hard.

Well,I finally found a really awsome licensed game,and that game is rise of the huntsclan.This game is so much better then the last game i reviewed.And so I hope to post more reviews some day,And good ones too,so if you have a request,PM Me.
