Majora's Mask Crashed.

Okay so far Majora's Mask has crashed on me twice, both times were during dungeons near the end of the dungeons.
The first time was yesterday, I didn't think it was a major problem I thought it just needed to be refreshed or something.
The second time however was while I was in the middle of fighting Goht...Now it says "Legend of Zelda, The - Majora's Mask is loading
Exiting this window while game is loading may crash internet browser."...It's been like that for an HOUR....I'm still waiting just so I have a CHANCE to continue playing there I've done wayyyy to much to lose my progress.
