Gameplay: The exploration is amazing. Nearly all of it is done with one button.In the past,this has been done,and failed(I'm talking about you Link: Faces of Evil!). But PoP manages to make it work.Fighting is done with 3 buttons: X =Sword slash B = Gauntlet Grab Y = Magic attack. The fighting is fun, but too much of it is cinematic and out of your control. They went back to he classic gameplay: more adventure than fighting,which is the opposite of the past trilogy.

Characters(Only Prince/Sidekick): The Prince is a humorous character. He keeps his personal life to himself only teasing others. He also never says if he is the prince of persia. His sidekick,Elika,is an acrobatic girl. She seems normal at first,but you soon realize that she can use magic. She is the princess of the land that the adventure takes place.She also has a crush on the prince,as the prince has a crush on her.

Story:Amazing! It knows just how to build up suspense and make you want to never put the controller down.It not only has the story that you must go through,but it also has extra. You can talk to Elika anytime you want by pressing right bumper.However,the ending sucks. They build up so much suspense just to make you hate they're guts. The basis of it is: a dark god "Arahmin"is unleashed and you have to go to different areas called fertile grounds and heal the land from nasty black ooze called corruption. Once you heal all the fertile grounds, you seal Arahmin away.

Graphics: Impressive! It looks very anime-like. They made great use of cell-shading.

Sound:The music is good. They have very great voice actors for everybody,which is a change from most games. The sound of the magic sounds authentic and mystic and the sound of most everything sounds great.

All in All: It is a great game with great gameplay and story. The ending does suck,but it is a trilogy. This time they made you hate trilogies because of the ending,but at least its not the last of it(like Angel).I give this game a 5/5 for hardcore gamers and a 4/5 for casual gamers.

Your correct! It is a pretty interesting game. The platformimg the duels even graphics are impressive. Elika's magic is very impressive! The suspense is a bit overdone.

I think the way they used the suspense in the end sucked. But besides that they used just enough of it.

I'll be doing a video review in the next month or so. Maybe be the next disc based game I do.
