The n64 controls are acting up, when I try to put in a control from my joy pad (motion in joy) it automatically puts in S2+ or K_F3. Anything you can do to help?

Ok, so I assume that you're trying to use a PS3 controller?

Do you get the same for both emulators...

I'll look into a fix, but the Mupen64 emulator can not be fixed :|

Thank you for the replies, even though i have now sorted out the controls to how i want them, the control screen things is still acting up, like if i even click any of the controls it will change to something else and just stay as that and all that will happen is it will change to the button you pressed or something else like S2+.
