      The servers of Phantasy Star Universe will be closing down soon. This means that players will no longer be able to play the on-line part of the game but will still be able to play the solo campaign. The servers will be shutting down on September 7th and the GM of Phantasy Star Universe has said that it was a very hard decision to make but it came down to wanting to prepare for the future and offer something new for the players. However, all is not lost for those that have paid for past September. According to the Phantasy Star Universe message boards it should be no problem for players who have paid to play past September to get a refund of some sort.
