Hey, if you need help with any of the "quests", such as side quests, extra items, or the main storyline (I sound like I am describing an RPG!), ask me for help, whether you want details or just a quick hint. I am on late at night (USA Central Time), so you might have to write a pm. But I will get to any questions as quickly as I can!

(I hope I am allowed to tell people I can help them. It'd be bad if this was against the rules!)

julianmia : First off, you'll need both a sword and a shield in order to get past the "guard". The shield you can buy at the shop for 25 rupees (throw rocks, plants, etc until you get enough rupees). The sword is a bit tougher to find, but I'll give you it's location. First, you need to go up a hill (I forgot in what direction it is, but it is the only hill like area. It has a large tree you can enter for help on controls if you need them). There are fences; past the fences is a small hole. Enter it. Dodge the boulders, collect rupees, and open the chest in the "cave" to get the sword. You can then exit and, with sword and shield in hand, get past the guard and see the Deku Tree!
Hope this helps!

How do you get through the water temple? I'm using the keyboard controls and I can't hook the grapple because the keyboard moves in a square like form and I can't aim right. Please help.

Z3lda0ot :
"Use The Force."

I have had similar problems. I still can not get used to C.P.U. Controls.

It just takes Practice.

There are controlers that can do the trick. Many Suggest a Playstation or X-Box controller with a Computer port Adaptor. Another is a Computer controler that has anolog sticks. But I have yet to try this.
I have a D-Pad controler for my computer and I refuse to use Anolog sticks for my classic games. I will eventually find a Joystick Control pad and see what happens then.

I am thinking of getting the X-Box Street Fighter Joy Pad and finding an Adaptor. The Modern Anolog Sticks For my Console Still Slow Me Down Too Much. I never needed a Hyper Combo Gague to pull off a 33 to 66 to 99 hit combo in the Arcade days. So I am going to upgrade the Controls.

I'll Return With the "Verdict" when that day arives.

Good Luck To All.
Peace.

When I had trouble with the Hookshot, I tried this: use the Z-target button and move around until you got the Hookshot located properly at the target, but under it somewhat. Then back up so that the Hookshot pointer would move up sharply, then wait until it fell into the position you want it. Then fire away.
In regards to Jabu-Jabu's Belly, you want to get rid of all the tentacles blocking various paths and holes in the floor. First of all, you should go forward in the room with all the holes in the floor; watch out for large jellyfish in front of holes and the path to the door. Once you get rid of all the tentacles, you can move on through a hole you couldn't go into before, and you'll eventually make your way to the mini-boss room. In here, you'll find the Zora's Pendant on a circle platform. Throw Ruto onto it, and you'll lose her and be forced to fight a Big Octorok, a rather annoying mini-boss. You will have the Boomerang by this point, so throw it at the Octorok, then quick run behind it and slash at the glowing orb at its back. It'll jump, turn around, and chase you again. Oh, and watch out for the platform: it has spikes, but it also rotates in the direction the mini-boss is moving. A hint is to get some distance (not too much though), and Z-target the Octorok, then back up and throw the Boomerang. Just before it hits, release Z-targeting and run to its back side. It will give you more time to get at the rear to attack the boss and bring it down that much quicker.
