My idea of a Vizzed Bank, and the Loan Bank were both stolen by Zeldisaster, He thinks he's right and there is nothing of it. I say I feel robbed of an awesome idea and he gets all credit of it. Protest with me. I believe my argument is correct.

Frankly, there's no point in this. You didn't implement the idea for it first. You get no credit for it. It's like saying you have an idea for an invention but someone goes ahead and patents it first. You can't say you deserve credit for an idea you never put into action.

And this argument aside, does it matter? If you really wanted to help out Vizzed members, why does it matter who actually helps? The way I see it, as long as people are helped, nobody needs credit. But a lot of members need help. So I'm helping in a way that allows members to control how much Interest they earn, which allows them to benefit a lot.

And last I checked, nobody's complaining about how the V-Bank operates. So what real problem is there?

I didn't steal your idea, I didn't even know it existed until the middle of May, since your thread was closed and I don't get on Vizzed often. Stop being jealous.

Actually, Zeldister has full credit for his idea. He told the globals about it before the opening and the contract also. The globals agreed and Zeldister opened up a official vizzed bank. NascarDude, you may want to give up fighting, because Zeldister's vizzed bank is completly legal, but yours, NascarDude, caused tons of problems. The problems ended up in your thread, NascarDude, being closed. Zeldister owns the copyright to his vizzed bank and you should keep it that way. If you disagree, don't pull out a argument thread. So, please clam down and don't try to swear, because none of it is allowed here. Also, don't even try to flame, because it will just make stuff worse.

Who has the copyright over the vizzed bank? Zeldister does and he will have the copyright since it is supposed to be his idea.

NintendoPower24 : The V-Bank IS for all ages. I never made an age restriction on it because in my opinion anyone can understand how Interest works. And I had a PM conversation with a Local Mod on May 7 about adding a Loan Shop. I can show you the PM if you want. If you feel I stole the Loan Idea because I didn't inform YOU about it immediately, then it can't be helped.

NascarDude24 : I'm sorry you feel that way. However I had no idea your bank existed first, and I never would've started it if your thread stuck around. I'm not like that. And besides, the way I set it up, ownership of the Bank can be transferred to any user if I can't handle it for some reason. Would you like to be the Bamk Manager if I ever can't handle it in the future? You'll be the first person I ask.

But the way the Bank is set up, it's not as complicated as it appears. At any time, I can give people back every single Viz they ever deposited, and that's basically stated in the Contract. I'm not a thief.

Its pretty obvious that this thread is full of flames. It won't help any of us if it stays open.

If you have a problem with Zeldisaster's thread, take it up with him yourself. Personally, I don't think he stole our idea, but whatever.
