Whenever I try to install a file it comes up with this error.

I was trying to install the program Manga Studio 3.0 and it did that. It also did that with Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2 and Adobe Photoshop Elements. I can give 500 Viz to anyone who helps with this since I only have 500 Viz.
