Anyone under the age of 13 can no longer post in the 13+ forums, which includes Cafe Corner and Debate Forum. These users can still view these forums, they just can't post in them.

So glad this rule was enforced! Not only because it's law but because I was tired of reading short spammy posts in the Debate forum from kids that have NO IDEA what they're talking about! Getting rid of them will increase post quality for sure! Thanks David!

Well, either way, this is a good thing to fix. Like you said, it'll hopefully increase the quality of the posts in these forums (though truthfully, I haven't seen 13 and under posts in there).
