Back in March of 2010, the founders of Infinity Ward put a lawsuit in against their big brother company Activision. Rumors are surfacing that Activision had asked different companies like Microsoft to break passwords to emails of now ex-employees Jason West and Vince Zampella. The purpose of this was said to dig up dirty on the two publishers so that way Activision could fire them. However, everything that Activision tried to do to get certain dirt on West and Zampella seemed to fail.

However, that isn’t why West and Zampella put in the lawsuit. According to West and Zampella, Activision had not paid them for the creation of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. In fact, the lawsuit that is still being debated is mostly about West and Zampella getting compensation that they have earned from MW2 as well has getting full legal rights to the Modern Warfare branded games.

Activision has instead of paying what is owed to West and Zampella lawyered up and is fighting the lawsuit as well as, investigating West and Zampella. However, Activision is also trying to limit key testimony of different witnesses saying that their testimony would break attorney client rights. EA was also suppose to be involved with this lawsuit as well, but have currently settled their dispute with Activision earlier this month.

I choose Activision because it has great games and has Guitar Hero in it! I don't even know what is West and Zampella.
