Hey guys,
I found a flaw that allows you to get Lv. 30-40 Pokémon at the start of the game.

Once you receive your starter: (you must have it or the game will crash when you attempt)

Use the jumper to go to Fallbouror Town. (You might as well take the egg too, it could be useful at the start of your adventure)
Buy as many Great Balls as you can. (I could get 5.)
Use the jumper to go to Evergrande City.
Go into Victory Road. (Don't worry, this isn't as scary as you think!)
Roam around until a Pokémon attacks you.
USE F2 TO SAVE THE GAME RIGHT BEFORE THE BATTLE. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
When the battle starts, keep chucking your Great Balls until you catch it.
If you don't catch it or your Pokémon dies, just re-load the game(F4)

The pokemon that I have seen are:
Golbat
Loudred
Aron
Haryama

These all come around Lv. 40 so have fun wiping the game with them!

No, it works and they are totally controllable. You only aren't able to control TRADED Pokémon that are high-leveled.

Oh....Your right! I tried it and i just killed 4 gym leaders. I jumped to the ton before victory road and did it. Way more epicer.
