Usually when I make a livestream thread, I include the link to my livestream account and bump it whenever I'm online, but I know I'm not going to remember to keep up to date with that ( I never do) so I'll skip that and just post my time lapsed livestreams.

Time lapsed because let's face it...watching somebody draw for 2 hours is boring, but watching 2 hours in 3 minutes? Much more tolerable.
(Although I apologize in advance.... I'm a crappy time lapse-er and have the tendency to 'jump around' when I art)

The first one is the Winter Silvfox I created for a site called Silvadopts. I did not design this species completely. It was a collaboration with another artist on the site, but I did do the below image by myself.

Finished Image: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2011/356/2/2/22c7d6010817bb2873b0a3c3d7044ec0-d4jxr2a.png

Next is an obsidian bastet dragon, an egyptian species of my own design. Once believed to be messengers of the gods, the bastet dragons were respected and used to protect sacred treasures. Eventually the mythology about them was forgotten, and as globalization brought new cultures to Egypt, the bastet dragons were poached for their colorful plumage and gem like crest. They became rare and reclusive, hiding in the wilds of Egypt or hidden within the ancient tombs where they continue to protect the treasures of the gods and goddess.

They are normally golden in color with black markings, but some come in these obsidian forms as well.

I let the creator of the site Tale of Dragons use the bastets as an adoptable on their site, so if you like adoptable sites and want to raise your own bastet dragon, head over to taleofdragons.net

If you have speed paints / time lapses of your art, I'd love to see them! So feel free to link me to them if you want to share.

Hawaiianbabidoll : Thank you for sharing this! Ahh- I so enjoyed watching those... You're extremely good at this...
The videos where fine- the time lapse wasn't too quick either, I could clearly see what you were doing...
Heh- he's (or she- whatever) a cute little bastet ain't he? ... I have possibly the worst humor to have ever been on this site... Anyway I love the dragon!!!
Also you always have a little story -or something- to go with you're stuff... Its always satisfying to read it...
Also2 : You're all over the place! How many sites have put your artwork on!? I not really asking- I'm just impressed- thats all.

@ Anyone.

I'm with Hawaiian on this :
Please don't be shy- share your artwork!

On3On :

Yeah, I have a tendency to instantly see a story in my head when I draw something. Either I'll make up a short little story about the character itself, or have ideas for the species as whole. This is why I have so many ocs XD

I'm really not on that many sites. I mean, ignoring sites where I post my work myself, such as Deviantart, Sheezyart, Tumblr, etc, my work is only being used on 3 adoptable sites (Tale of Dragons, Silvadopts, and Dragon Cave).  I could have made it 4, but I pulled myself out of Shadowed Eclipse last minute.

Okay, I wasn't going to share this since I don't think it's that good, but what the hey.

This next time lapse was actually the first one I ever did. It's of my original character Lunaci and it was only the second ever drawing I did of him. (Yes, he's a boy! Just an effeminate one.)

The reason this time lapse isn't all that great is it's a way too slow, the screen is zoomed out a bit too far so you can see my randomly changing background (Changes on the hour, if that gives out an idea of how long I worked on this XD ), and I started the livestream after I had finished drawing, meaning this ONLY SHOWS THE COLORING part of the image's creation.

If you still want to watch it despite these defects, then here it is.

Hawaiianbabidoll : Its a good sign that you can just freely think up of stuff on the spot... Its awesome.
That's still more sites then I will ever be on... I hardly have the time here. Meh...

First time-lapse you say? This might be a while back then...
Wait a minute, if you didn't plan to show it, this then why did you keep the video on your computer for so long...
That is if you've had it that long.

Lets take a look then.
...
What defects?
This is just as enjoyable as your most recent artwork.
You did spend a lot of time on this one, and the time you spent was not in vain.
The colouring turned out fantastic.

Well, thanks for sharing this!

On3On :   hahaha, a lot of people joke how my brain is on an entirely different wavelength than everyone else's due to the way I see things nobody else can see. I get the 'how do you think of this stuff?' question a lot, and I honestly have no answer for them.

Time lapsing is relatively new for me, so that first time lapse is probably less than one year old. I keep everything on my computer XD
I have work from 2006 saved on my laptop, despite the fact that it's awfulness makes me cringe whenever I glance at the folder.

Hawaiianbabidoll : They make jokes 'cause they're jealous.

I can understand why you don't show your earlier artwork, its hard to relinquish something that you feel is "bad".
Though,  more often then not, that very same "bad" artwork still retains its meaning/purpose, visual qualities aside.
(This sounds very familiar... "graphics vs game play"... Am I just imagining things?)
