Playing through missions can get long and tedious, and the game really isn't much fun on single player at all. But if you've got the time and the patience to play through a mission, and some friends who have all those things as well, then it's a lot of fun. They did a great job with the combat, even though I typically like slow paced zombies. It really helps make things pretty exciting when you make it all the way to the end and you know that you're seconds away from rescue while really low on health.

I used to play this on my laptop very often. But then one day, it started saying the game is not currently available, and I don't know why. I know it is bull because my friends can still pay it, but I apparently cannot. Kind of ticks me off because I loved it. Versus mode is freaking fun.

I liked being the Bomber, throwing up on the players and sending hordes of zombies after the players that got thrown up on. It's more fun playing with other people but after a while the gameplay gets dull.

One of the best games I've played. I especially love the level of difficulty. It's not Contra hard, but also it's not Crusin' USA easy. I enjoyed it thoroughly. It's addictivity is like no other. Beast: You said it exactly. The 2nd just didn't do the same thing for me as the first did.. IT didn't seem quite as dark, the characters seemed forced (well, maybe I just hated the redneck character..), wasn't a fan of that 'dizzy' infected, some of the levels were more of a drag rather than being fun.. It definitely had its moments, and I plan to still pick it up at some point, because I love the series and a lot of people still play, but if they decide to make another foray into the series, I hope they step it the crunk up. Ha.
