Hey I know my eevees happiness is high enough since I talked to that lady in goldenrod, but when I level up it does not evolve into umbreon or espeon. Anyone know why?

Well.
Eevee evolves into Espeon with happiness in the moring / daytime
And evolves into Umbreon with happiness at night.
Fire stone > Flareon
Water stone > Vaporeon
Thunder stone > Jolteon.

Im not sure why it didn't evolve for you, maybe it doesn't have enough happiness? And since i dont know what game your playying, it may not work for all hacks. That might be the reason.

Actually once it reaches max happiness it will evolve no mater what circumstances,it mostly evolves when you're walking or having an hair cut.I think this is already solved so a mod might probably close down this thread.
