So, just yesterday I saw a screenshot on the Vizzid Board of this game called Pokémon Fuligin. It had a space theme to the cover and deoxys was on the cover as well. It looked cool and I love to play a good hack so I checked it out. I immediately was enticed with the story. Your older brother and you set out on your Pokémon adventures. He has a dratini and well you get the same lame three Kanto starters. I discarded my squirtle because I had just finished playing Pokémon Fire Red and I had had enough with the Kanto region. I picked up a ralts instead and I immediately was having fun, but here is the best part about the game... YOU CHOOSE TO BE ON TEAM ROCKETS SIDE! Well...more or less. You were going city to city collecting gym badges when you arrive at the town with the second gym. The Poke-Mart is closed because it has been robbed. You slaughter the gym leader in the city and then move on to the next one. Turns out, the federal prison is in this town. You do your regular deal with Pokémon and you go see bill and what not on a route a bit off from town. You return and your brother is hiding in a parking lot in front of the federal prison. Your brother was smart enough to rob a Poke-Mart and hide in the federal prison parking lot. You ask him what is up and he tells you how he robbed the store. He doesn't get too far before the police find you and throw both of you in prison. You battle some trainers in prison and then find your brother. Turns out he's joined team rocket! But he says the pay pretty well and that both of you are too young for real jobs and you need to support your family because "dad left and mom doesn't do sh**". So you agree to help your bro out and break both of you out. As you make your way to get a key, surprise surprise, the warden of the jail is sitting right in his office, once again your brother is a genius for sending you to get the wardens key that is in the wardens office while he is in there. This is where things went downhill for me as a player of the game. At the time my team was all level 23 and I had a skitty, mankey, kirlia, and geodude. He threw out his growlithe level 25. I chose to use the move assist that my skitty knows. It chooses a random move from your party of allied Pokémon. Of course it chose my geodude's selfdestruct. So now the warden had three Pokémon left and so did I. Now this is where I question myself a little. He threw out a level 30 primeape. I was wondering if this was his strongest Pokémon that he threw out or even though I trained in the wild and battled with every trainer I was somehow under leveled. Anyhoo, his primeape destroyed my mankey even with the TM's it knew. Next up in the batting order was Kirlia. I used confusion which made a good dent in his health but his primeape still was able to one shot my kirlia! so three down for me. Now I was hopeless. I threw my geodude out and tried my best with a futile magnitude but a quick cross chop put me out for good. I was returned to a Poke-Center. Which made me realize "HEY!, I'm outta jail!" but then I realized that the warden who in fire red would be the Captain on the vermillion boat which is what you were on but remade to be a prison, probably had cut which is what you need to battle the next gym and move on and also my brother was still in jail and I was not. I went back to bill and retraced my steps and did everything over but nothing gave me another chance to be with my brother unfortunately. So it appears that I am stuck. This game was amazing for what it's worth though. The Pokémon are placed in the wild very well. The idea of joining team rocket is amazing. I wish I could join team rocket but unless you know a way out of my predicament then I guess I am screwed. 'Course I could start a new game but eh...I would have to do everything over again. So I guess I just wont play. But you still have a chance. I HIGHLY recommend playing this game and immersing yourself into the story. And remember, SAVE YOUR GAME BEFORE YOU BATTLE THE JAIL WARDEN IN FEDERAL PRISON! If you lose you can just quit and go back to your save. I hope you end up having fun and enjoy yourselves like I could not. Have fun!
