I don't remember much of the Atari but i remember spending hours playing on the Nintendo 8bit console, Tho i started Gaming at the age of 4 years and now i'm 27, i began playing games in the Arcades, Arcade games was and still is a great idea for trying to sell the home version of that game. When i played Double dragon for the first time at the arcades, i had to find it for the Nintendo 8bit.

Classic games and my favourite games on the Nintendo 8bit for me were:
Adventure island 1,2,3
Battletoads
Darkman
Double dragon 1,2,3
Megaman 1,2,3,4,5,6
Mike Tyson's punch out
Ninja gaiden 1,2

Once Sega and Super Nintendo hit the market, gaming took a turn for the best were companies basically had console wars, fighting to make their consoles having the best Graphics, Sounds, Gameplay and Titles. Then suddenly the hand held version of the consoles could be bought like the Nintendo Gameboy and the Sega Gamegear, Tho way before Those hand held machines were other hand held machines that did'nt have the faction to use cartridges, it only could play one game, it had similar graphics to the Atari, i still own one of them and once i learn to upload a picture to this site all show you all what it looked like.

Classic games and my favourite games on the Sega for me were:
Altered beast
Battletoads and Double dragon
Double dragon 1,2,3
Dune the battle for arrakis
Golden axe 1,2,3
Gunstar hero
Fatal fury 1,2,3
Flashback
Megaman the wily wars
Slaughter house 2,3 (could never find the 1st game)
Streets of rage 1,2,3 (aka bare knuckles)
Street fighter 2
Super Street fighter 2
Sunset riders

Classic games and my favourite games on the Super Nintendo for me were:
Art of fighters
Double dragon
Final fight 1,2,3
Killer instinct
Macross
Megaman 7,9,X1,X2,X3
Mortal kombat 1,2,3
Ninja gaiden Trilogy
Punch out
Rockman & Forte
Star fox
Street fighter alpha 2

The only difference that i saw between the Sega 16bit and the Super Nintendo was that Sega had some pretty nice graphics, while the Super Nintendo had superb sound. Sega did have some great titles but alas it for some reason had to many sport titles that were'nt great at all. Super Nintendo on the other hand i noticed that and of the games that had super infront of it, eg: Super Double dragon, was just a slightly better looking game towards the Nintendo 8bit.

Suddenly Sega went crazy with accessories like the Sega CD and the Sega 32bit, Atari tried a come back with the Atari Jaguar, to me was a great flop, Neogeo had to few titles to play but i liked playing King of fighters. I cant speak for the 3DO because i never owned one of them.

Sony Playstation 1 console hit the world by storm, killing off nearly every other console and even Nintendo, tho the Nintendo came out with the Nintendo 64 far to late after the Playstation, Nintendo 64 had incredible sound and graphics for a cartridge console, just too few titles got to it and not many people liked it, The CD era was here thanks to Sony.

Classic games and my favourite games on the Sony playstation 1 for me were:
(theres so many that i loved ill only add a few)
Abes oddesy
Dark cloud 1,2
Descent 1,2
Digimon world 1,2,3,4
Final fantasy 7,8,9 (FF8 was my all time fav)
Megaman legends 1,2
Marvel vs Capcom 1
Resident evil 1,2,3

Imagen today if Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft put there heads together to make one console, even tho its an impossible dream that wont happen, I'm a gamer and i love playing games, so ill keep on dream lol.

Consoles today are all doing great, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and the Wii, Competing against each other, Making for all of us a gaming experiance to remember, the best feature i reckon to these consoles is the online play, if the game didnt challenge you at all, another gamer will.

I havent heard much about if Microsoft has a Xbox 460 in the making but heard that Sony is already talking about the Playstation 4.

I know i left out some other consoles, i did that for any one else that would may be add on to this.

What were your best games and on which console was it on?

I guess I can count this as a review since it's a good review, even though it's not on a specific game.
