Kellen is the most accurate out of all of these qbs, but overall Andrew Luck is the best, the fastest would be Robert Griffin the third.

It's really hard to say who's the "best" ranking incoming college QB's is a crapshoot most of the time. There have been so many "can't miss" QB's that have been huge busts. Anyone remember Ryan Leaf? There are hundreds of examples.

As far as Kellen Moore goes, maybe he will be good, you never know, but usually guys like that don't make it much farther than a backup QB in the league.
