When I was in high school, my best guy friend bought me a jar of red gummy bears because he knew those were my favorite. He actually hand picked all the red gummy bears and filled a big jar with it. I still have the jar, of course the gummy bears are gone. He was a really good friend. He made me feel special. We never had romantic feelings for one another, but he still knew how to make someone feel special. I sure do miss him.

Yea in the past I people use to make fun of me being smart, and how I look. Then I meet a person who, actually want to be my friend. I never have a friend in grade school, because of how I am. A friend is good enough for me to feel special.

If I said no I'd be lying.  Tons of things happen all the time that makes me feel special, but when a friend, foe or family member makes me .... Heck even if a stranger just comes and compliments me or acknowledges me for things that I have done it makes me feel special.  And then I have to turn around and pass that feeling on.
