Name your fav PS1 graphics, not the best you can think of, but YOUR FAV.  Feel free to say why!

I liked the graphics in....

V-Rally - for a rally racing game I thought it was years ahead of its time.  The trees and distant landscapes were a bit average but the car modelling as it manuouvers was pretty smooth. 

Sled Storm - same reason as above, except instead of a car, we have a snow mobile. 

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 and 2 - Neversoft, the developer tried to make each level of these two titles unique with a lot of custom models and landscapes, the graphics wernt the absolute best but the level of difficulty involved in compiling all the textures is enough to give all due respect. 

Metal Gear Solid - Such a large game, I thought the developers did a great job to keep the art scale uniform.  From the fixed camera angle the graphics looked amazing at the time. 

Toy Story 2 - Dont ask... just liked them.

Gran Turismo 2 and Colin McRae Rally, also ridge racer 2 had great graphics.
I loved the graphics in Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII, I thought they were beautiful.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night had some good graphics at that time, the backgrounds were like the tunes, really beautiful and enjoyable. One of the best Castlevania episodes in my opinion, that's why I made a Let's Play of this game, and I'm glad to play it on my PSP (we can unlock it in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, so cool ^^ ). Kingsley's Adventure was really good too, a great Zelda-like at that time, I enjoy playing this game, it's funny and magical, like a tale. There's more but the list would be long I think
