I am torn with this game. I really wanted to give the game a higher score, but certain factors prevented me from doing so. I will explain further in this short but sweet review.

   Graphics: I loved them! Every pre-rendered graphic (of Sonic & Knuckles) looks utterly gorgeous. The levels are a bit bland, though.

   Sound: Like most Sonic games, it has memorable music. I am off-put by the ring sound, though.

   Depth: The game's main weakness, there is none to speak of. Special Stages are a cakewalk.

   Story: Nothing, really. It's basically like Sonic and Knuckles just decided one day to go after Robotnik. Then again, this is a pre-Adventure Sonic game.

   Difficulty: Easy for a Sonic game. 

   Addictiveness: For some reason, I occasionally come back to this game. I really do not know why. I just do.

   Sonic Blast is beat on a lot in many reviews, but it is not that bad of a game. I recommend one play of this game, at least.

Not bad. It was well categorized. The only thing you need to do now is just add more detail into each category. This is a great start.
