is thare any way to skip CG's while playing a ISO??

i'm playing Final Fantasy 9 and i'm realy early in disk 1 i just got out of the ice cave, and leaving the lil village. but when the air ship take's off its cuts to a cg and freeze's. its kinda piss's me off cuz i have to fight black waltz No.2 again. grrr. but if any of you have some super mojo that will get me past that damned freeze spot i would..give you a cookie what can i say? i'm broke

you should try epsxe 1.5.2 , normally it's the only version of this emulator that is capable
of playing final fantasy normally
