You cannot do that until you are a normal member. To no longer be a newbie, you must have been on the site for a week and have at least 10 posts. After you do both of those things, you will be a normal member and you can upload a profile picture by clicking on the 'Edit Profile & Settings' tab on the top left hand corner.

Local Mods : Maybe move this to somewhere other than sports?
