For the SNES games which state "Game doesn't work with Virtual Super NES Emulator", is this permanent because the game is incompatible with the emulator, or does this simply mean the game hasn't been updated to include a Virtual Super NES Emulator option yet, but it will work eventually? Thanks for the info.

They don't have to be permanent. They simply need a ROM compatible with the Virtual Super NES Emulator. If there is a game you want to play that says that and you know where a site is that has a ROM that does work for it, you can give the link to tRIUNE in the thread "what games do you want added to the RGR" (or something like that). He is pretty good at getting those in pretty quickly.
