My user name's MissComical, but you all can call me MC, or Tani (nickname most friends call me).
So, as you can see, I'm new here. Yes, plain to tell, right?
My reason for coming here is mostly to check out some of the cool retro games they have around here, but it seems like they have cool features too, like these forums. And I can tell you right now, this place is pretty freaking sweet and innovative after actually going over some of the rules. Simple, easy to bring in new people, and keep the older members coming.

Honestly, I can see myself coming here everyday.

Anyways, I'll tell a few things about me in FAQ format.

Why MissComical for a user name? Most people really think it's because I see myself as funny. ...I can tell you this right now, unless you like puns or random spurs in a silent moment, you will NOT find me the least bit funny. So, just getting that out the way. My real reason is my wanting to be an animator while making some comics here and there. Hence, the "comical".

Any hobbies or things you do on your free time? Surprisingly, I do have free time in high school so... yep, I do. Playing video games is an obvious one, but I also love drawing and character designing. That's why I love cartoons and anime. I also love to bowl too.

What types of games do you like? I'm an RPG, Action/Adventure type of girl. If anything catches my eye or someone says a game is cool and wants me to try, of course I'm willing to try anything otherwise.

Since you watch anime, what anime do you watch? Well, I've watch many different kinds, but one I can tell you off the top of my head is Pokémon. Loved it as a kid.~

Oh, favorite games... Well, I have a lot of favorites actually... I'll make the list short though, promise. 

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (Gamecube)
Super Mario Sunshine (Gamecube)
Tales of Symphonia (Gamecube)
Sonic 3 & Knuckles (Sega Saturn) (Love Sonic 1, 2, 3 and Knuckles.~ Classic games.)
Sonic Adventure (Dreamcast)
Sonic Adventure 2 (Dreamcast)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii) (I love the whole series, Melee is one of the best through)

Like I said before, I have a lot of favorites, but these are some of the main ones I have as favorites.

I don't often check newbie threads, and when I do I don't often reply to them.

But yours caught my eye. It's pretty well written.

I'm not really one for introductions, but some people like getting them. So I guess I'll be helpful for once and say welcome to Vizzed Board.

If you ever find yourself in need of assistance, you can always chat me up or PM me or do whatever it is you do to contact people easiest on here. As a global moderator, it's part of my job to make sure everything works right forum wise.

Trust me, if you stick around you will see plenty of me. I'm kind of a big deal (I'm just being cocky now. But seriously, I'm all over the forums most months)

I just don't like most newbie posts because it tends to be the same thing, and usually it's only like 3 or 4 sentences saying "Hi, I'm [x] and I like [x] and that is it. I hope you like me."

But hopefully you stick around. I do enjoy having people around who are well spoken and know what they are saying.

I honestly don't see myself well spoken quite as much as casual, but thanks. Very much appreciated.

I've noticed some new people actually do say very few things now that you say it. But, who knows why. Maybe they don't have much to say, or maybe they're a bit busy with checking out a few things here and there.

Don't worry though, everything has been pretty interesting around here and everyone's been very nice so I'll be around as often as possible.~

A self-asked Q&A? That's a first for me. And it got legacyme3's attention? How unusual. I'll get this out of the way. As much as legacyme3 looks like he's bragging, there is some truth in it. As a Global Moderator, there is a lot of attention on him to begin with but he has been making tons of contributions to the board as well.

As for other newbies saying very little in the introductions, it seems to me that most people just don't know how to do so or don't know how easy it can be.

Jordanv78 : I try to give as much info as I can to break the ice. Well, although a few were posted after being ask the question of what's my favorite video games, a couple more of that genre that were also my favorites were Chrono Trigger (SNES) and Super Mario World (SNES).

death_nation : Well, the reason I like Pokémon is how they WERE years ago. Back then, that was the different rpg, if you know what I mean. I'm not so much into the newer Pokémon, but, I still do make the effort of following along. Anyway, a lot of people have recommended the Final Fantasy series to me, and I'll be sure to try it pretty soon after replaying a few other old games.
