Also, I'm a bit confused but recommendations about what? Games? Forums? Both of those things? Well, it depends of what you like, I can't really help you with less information

Welcome to Vizzed! First, I gotta say that I love your username. It has a lot of attitude. 

As for what you can do here, where do I begin? First, and obvious, is the Retro Game Room. We have almost any game made for the old cartridge console systems as well as countless hacks for each system. You can play those, of course. If you are competitive, you can also compete for high scores for any game you wish. For more competition, David (creator/owner of Vizzed) makes 2 Retro Game Room competitions a month where you can earn a lot of Viz if you do well. The Retro Game Room is also growing. We are waiting on donations to add these future things. But when we do, we are adding disc based retro consoles to the room all the way up to Sega Dreamcast. Just so you know in case you are curious, no games newer than Sega Dreamcast are going to be added anytime soon though. Anyway, another future event when we get enough donations is Netplay, which will allow you to play co-op with the games in the Retro Game Room with other users here. 

On the board, you can post about almost any topic you can think of. Also, the Crazy House forum is full of forum games you can participate in if you like that. There is also board competitions that last a month. There is VCS where you have to try to post the most each day for points, and the user with the most points at the end of the month wins. Every 4 months (or is it 3?) is Tour de Vizzed that is kind of like VCS only a lot more categories to compete in other than post count. Only with this, your get jerseys that are visible on your username when you win an event by the end of the day. Whoever wins the event for the month gets to keep the jersey the whole next month. Whoever has the most points overall gets the awesome Rainbow Badge (Look up Vizwiz's profile on the memberlist to see what that looks like). Anyway, that should be enough to play around with for a while while you discover other things you can do.

laian : mostly the better games is what I was looking for I have a very general  gaming background and knowledge and this site has a large selection  was hoping some one can break it down show me some good games and how to use the site in general whats with the point system
