The Indigo League, clearly. And I do watch them, a lot. I own all 79 episodes on DVD, plus the Orange Islands filler season. I've caught some of the newer seasons here and there, and while they're charming, they didn't seem to have quite the air of adventure (And getting lost) that the first season did. Plus, after a while, Ash was too powerful, and he'd been traveling for too long to be as dimwitted as he is. The show just doesn't make sense anymore.

I quit watching the anime when May showed up. I watched the parts where Tracy replaced Brock for a while, but that is because Tracy was funny. May was a horrible replacement for Misty, especially since May said, on the first episode she was in, that she didn't like Pokemon. So I watched the Indigo and the Johto league. No more after that.
