Virtual training: you, first, do 5 battles. If you finish them, you get a ultimate skill and then, you need to fight like 10, 15 but the maximum is 20.
Guard Skill: Press L (the original button from Game Boy Advance).

The exchange cards are to trade cards from another person with game boy advance and having chances to get rare cards.
the v.t (virtual training) is to get lots of cards easily and especially ultimate cards but to get them you need to win 5 then 10 then 15 then 20 and then I don't know how many times you do more but you get a ultimate card at the end. you need to have shadow and sonic combo to win any battle but when battling gamma you need to have sonic combo with rouge flight and a strong air action the codes are : shadow ArmIa the letter after m is a capital I and for sonic  75619

the guard special is for L button on the game boy advance and so you can access the heal mode.
