I had an idea, but I can't use it this round if you all don't agree.

(It's not right to change the rules mid round after all.)

My idea is that the Anarchist Leader CANNOT steal ANY special roles. The only people they can affect are plain bystanders.

I personally like it since it limits the power of the Anarchists while keeping them a threat.
