This isn't a perilous problem but its an annoying one. On older gfx cards, glide64 needs to be in full screen mode. Now why I say older cards is because on my grandmas old hp pc I get this error (and it has low specs), and when ever I use my computer (which isn't as out dated) I won't get this error. Would any one know a fix?

There really isn't a fix with the current RGR Plugin if you get that error, an update will possibly include better N64 emulation.
