I just caught a Ghastly and I want to eventually have a Gengar but I'll need to trade to do that, so that brings up the question: is trading possible on Vizzed? or it there a way I can mock-trade in order to get the Pokemon I want?

Hafestus : Well, using a gamecube to GBA cable with 2 gbas with a pokemon ruby, emerald, yes, not with a hack, on vizzed, it's impossible, because: Good luck trying to hook up a cable to 2 gba's. Can't be done, unfortuantly. Hope this helped you. I don't think it was avalible as a cartridge licensed by nintendo, because nintendo doesn't make hacks, people make ROM hacks, Graphic hacks, even Level hacks. It could be done with netplay, which would only be for SNES emulator.

Because this game was specifically designed to be played on the computer specifically, trading is not necessary to evolve Pokemon as they would normally. Haunter would evolve to Gengar at about level 40 in this game, not sure exactly when.

The point of the hack is that it makes Pokémon evolve by means other than trading, like scyther into scizzor using a moon stone instead of trading holding metal coat

Correct. This specific hack was designed to evolve trade/only pokemon by other means like leveling up. As for your question, trading on Vizzed is not currently possible. That would require Netplay, and that is extremely expensive (about $2000). Since the plugin is funded by donations, you can guess how long it would take to raise that much. Anyway, since the question is answered, this thread will be closed.
