One way to receive Viz easily is to post in the forum. Depending on how many words your post has and where you post it, you get some Viz. You can also send your friends the referral link you can see at the top of the page, if they click on it you get 100 Viz. By rating games you get Viz, too. There are many ways to get Viz.

Well, it looks like one of your questions has been answered, yes shortly you earn Viz if you post, make a donation, refer someone to this website... there are many ways to earn Viz. Now, all the equipment (weapons, armors...) actually does nothing else but increasing your stats. However, a feature called "Battle Arena" is in development and, in this feature, weapons and other stuff will be useful
