Today i haven't been eating very well, I've had the following

1 can of Pepsi Max... They had no coke
1 can of Monster - the yellow one known as ripper
8 Salami and chilli cheese sandwiches.... Yes i commit the sin of gluttony
1 packet of cheese and onion crisps.

and finally that's it xD Not a very balanced diet at all. Loads of carbs and sugar... no wonder i can't sleep lol
