I can either be a bear in woods and get shot by a hunter or be a fish and captured by fishermen. Maybe I will be a seal and get beat with a stick by the Chinese. Either way, there is no perfect life form cause every creature dies.

A perfect life-form would be able to adapt to situations and new environments.  If you had an animal that could survive cold and heat, could survive drought and famine, and could survive changes in it's diet and water supplies, you have a perfect animal.

Humans are as perfect as animals come.  We live in more environments and with greater challenges then any other animal and we adapt and survive by creating, building, and sustaining.


Humans are the winners.  It's why we're one of the more prolific species on the planet.

Any bacteria. They're all survivors, I mean, we took bacteria to the moon and back, on the OUTSIDE of spacecraft. If they can survive in the harshness of space, I'm pretty sure they can survive anywhere. Plus they're not burdened by thoughts of self or curiosity. They just live, breed, and die. Of course, such a process would consume incredible amounts of resources. So this being would be able to use them as efficiently as possible.

The perfect being would be able to live forever, and take nearly any injury and heal in a matter of days. They would also be incredibly fast, so they could get food and resources quickly in any amount of time. Throwing some brains into there would be helpful too.
