Zelda majora's mask Is a wonderful game that I'm sure everyone would enjoy playing as Long as they don't mind short times to get things done.

Graphics: 9
The graphics are quiet wonderful actually, Like in the snow temple It is the most amazing sight and I have to say the Nintendo people did A great job with the effects when you put on the mask, the Zora mask was the one that creeped me out when putting it on as the face was just creepy but either way the graphics are almost perfect.


Sound: 5
The sound was pretty good but It glitches out a lot and I find myself playing without the sound about half the time.
The songs are new and quiet fun the only song that is not new would be that of the song of time in which comes back from the game Zelda Oot.


Addictiveness: 6

As I have said before this game is amazing and Deffintely something to try out

The fact that you only have a certain amount of time Might compel some to play more to get things done

For some they might find it more of a bother than anything and get mad
either way I found myself that Playing around with the masks was very addictive taking me a few extra hours to get the game beat. so even If You don't want to play the full story and just wanted to play with one of the masks It's still absolute fun.


Story: 7
The story is also fun, You have 3 days to get things done before the world ends but a twist you can go back In time
to bad every time you do you lose items you don't need like rupees to bombs. I liked the story line It was fun to play A great part to the story was The characters you chart in your Bombers Notebook. keeping track of what each characters does at specific times on each day was really fun to see how all the events for each of these characters play out

Depth: 6
Majora's Mask is filled with a lot of quests and objectives.The dungeons are huge aswell,but there's only 4 and they are not really that hard to beat leaving the game at a lost of depth.

Difficulty: 8

The game is not at all that difficult unless you want to finish it all the way through and get the great fairy sword in which case It adds more difficulty, The bosses are actually really easy to beat If you have the right stuff and The dungeons are easy to get through.

Overall: 9.0

This game is average.It is fun to play and overall It'll give you a little of a challenge with the whole 3 day time limit.
It is a great game for the n64 I really suggest trying it out for yourself.

I agree that Majora's Mask is one of the best games out there. They did an amazing job with the visuals and the music, I think. The story kind of seems out of the blue, but I suppose it works in a game like this. I like how you get to play as young Link all the way through.

Oh, that's ok. Just to me, it didn't make sense why the overall was so high if everything seemed to be only average when I see your other scores. But other factors could influence your final score too. Either that, or you have to scale down your individual scores a bit.

But overall, I think it's great for your "first" review.

If you think logically using math, the average score would be 41/6 = just under 7.

However, I think it's possible to get an overall of 9 by weighting your scores.

When I do reviews, I tend to make difficulty non weighted, and weight other things more. I also keep in mind that Gameplay isn't really a catagory so I make a mental note. You could argue Depth and Addictiveness is gameplay, but I see it as something different.

That said though I disagree with parts of the review.

Mostly the difficulty and sound.

The Legend of Zelda series is famous for it's amazing soundtrack, so giving it a 5 feels low. Majora's Mask had many great themes and as such can be considered one of the top 10 games on the N64 based on sound.

And as for difficulty... my brother beat this game when he was 9.

If he can beat it, the difficulty is not 8. He's not a great gamer.

Otherwise, a decent review. You are slowly getting better at reviewing I think.

Ahh.....Majora's Mask. One of my favorite Zelda games, certainly over Ocarina of Time.
I agree that the graphics were great, especially since it was by the end of the N64's lifespan that they put a great amount of effort into the graphics. I do think that the score for the Sound should've been higher. I quite enjoyed most of the themes, like Clock Town's theme. There's definitely replayability, mainly due to some of the side quests you can accomplish. The story, while extremely different compared to other Zelda games, is still a great story, and I do appreciate it for diving into a more deep, dark, and overall creepy storyline. I was always scared by the sight of Majora's Mask and that weird mask salesman.

Overall, a great addition to the series. =3
