How many snow days do you usually get a school year

I usually get around 3 snow days each school year I think. This year and last year have been terrible with Winter weather so I've already had 2 snow days this year and I'm probably going to get more. Last year my school had 13 or 14 and we had to make them up by adding an extra class to our schedule for a month!

It's better than the other option we had. I'd rather have an extra class for a while and get out of school at the beginning of June than staying on regular schedule and getting out of school at the end of June.

Well it takes quite a bit for my school to close only thing I've had this year was a 2 hour delay for it being -4 degrees
but in the past I've had 2-4.. depending on how the winter is.

I haven't had any snow days this year though, I'm not really shocked because all I've been getting is chances of snow, but nothing serious. I like snow days because school is long and dull for me. Last year, I ended up getting a ton of snow days and all that happened as a result was an extra 20 minutes added to the day for the rest of the year so that it could meet up to the instructional learning hours expectation.  At first, 20 minutes sounds bad, but I'll take over extra days added to the year in a heartbeat.
