In the real Pokemon Emerald game, you're supposed to catch a Feebas, which appears in 4 (or 6?) of the squares of the water in Route 119. I saw a screenshot of Milotic, so I was just wondering...do you have to catch Feebas the same way as in the real Emerald game or is there a different place you can catch it?

In Emerald, you catch it the same way you do in Ruby/Sapphire. With the whole 6 squares and Route 119 and everything. Route 119 contains the weather building and it's somewhat close to Slateport, so it's no surprise they saw it there.
