i wanted to set all the settings according to me in rgr gba
there it was written ' double click to menu and controls'
but a box only showed controls setting box
i remember when i had gba in pc i could set frameskip, graphics etc etc

how do i access full menu?

Truth is... you can't. The only thing you can change is the controls. You can also speed up the game by holding the space bar, but that's about it. Sorry.
